Tool palettes wont work anymore

since the latest update my tool palettes don't work properly. I have to go in and reset the profiles but it only works for a while. I used to be able to add doors and walls etc with no issues - tool palette would come up with options but  now I have to go through this agonizing process to get anything to work. Any ideas - my Aust support can't seem to find a solution  - very frustrating

If you believe it is related to the update, report it to Autodesk.

Then backup your customizations/settings, reinstall your ACA version without the update if possible (find that first before you commit).
