The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002) - ACA 2012

Dear All,

I have bitten the bullet and purchased another ACA licence and am trying to install on a new Dell PC.  I keep getting the message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002)...". 

Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?  I have read somewhere about a potential C++ issue
