Sync to Inventor outputs very large floor

Hello, I am new to AutoCAD and Inventor. Using AutoCAD Architecture and Inventor 2018.

Trying to sync to Inventor from Architecture but the floor is coming in way too large for my plant layout.

I believe the setting I am looking for is in AutoCAD but I cannot figure out what to change. I can reposition and resize the floor in Inventor to make it look good but when I click on one of the views (Top, Front, Right, etc.) the model zooms way out to fit the floor imported from AutoCAD.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What units of measurment are being used in the two programs files: mm, cm, meter, inch, foot etc. ?
That's probably it, but I have no idea how Inventor works and if it even able to do what you want.

Inventor forum is over here https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-products/ct-p/70

Thanks for the reply. I am attaching Point Cloud data from Recap Pro to the ACAD drawing then syncing with Inventor. I tried to make sure the units were set the same for all three software packages. Just to try something, I re-attached the point cloud data to new ACAD drawings, one set to inch, and one set to mm. The original drawing was set to feet. All of them export the same very large floor into Inventor.

I thought I had the units set correctly but tried three different units to see if one of them worked but no luck.
