Shortcut pop up window

Everytime I type in my shortcut for Copy (CO), a pop up window appears, and there is a time lag between the time I type C (which is the shortcut for Circle), and the O (I usually have to count 1 and 2 before I can type in the O).  I used to be able to type in CO immediately, and not have to wait for this window to generate before typing in the O.  Can I turn off this pop up window?  Same with other two letter shortcuts.  The lag time is excrutiating.

If you left-click on the wrench icon on the Command Line, and choose Input Settings from the context menu, you can uncheck AutoComplete, AutoCorrect and Search Content (you will have to select the wrench icon three times to get all three), then the command line suggestion list will not display.

If you find occasional value in selecting a command from the popup, you might try selecting Delay Time, and increasing the value.  The value the time, in milliseconds, before the suggestion list is displayed.  Values from 100 (0.1 second) to 10,000 (10 seconds) are valid.  The default value is 300 (0.3 second), which may not be long enough for you to key in a second or third character.  Not sure why it takes so long to display for you; I am not experiencing that here.
