how to make section symbol same as bellow image

Section Mark A3T does something similar to that.  A tool for that content is available in the Documentation Tool Catalog - Imperial and Documentation Tool Catalog - Metric tool catalogs that ship with AutoCAD Architecture, and also is featured in the sample palettes.  I know this content is available in the United States; depending upon where you are located and what content was installed, you may or may not have it available to you in your Workspace.The image above shows the tool in the Documentation Tool Catalog - Metric, in the Callouts category, in the Section Marks subcategory, as well as an inset image of an instance placed in a drawing.  The result is similar to what you would get with Section Mark A2, with second copies of the section bubble and section arrow blocks at the other end of the section line.

Are you using AutoCAD Architecture, and not just AutoCAD?  If so, have you looked in the Content Browser to see if you have a tool for Section AT3?

there is no Content Browser in my version can't I create my self ? and how?
