Hi, the issue is when I turn off the "ANNOAUTOSCALE" and change scales, ACA still change annotation size (Dimension and Column grid) how I can fix this? I mean how can I change plan's scale without changing dimension text and column grid?

If you want to be able to change the drawing annotation scale without having specific annotative content change size, but remain visible, then you need to:

  1. Turn off ANNOAUTOSCALE, so that the new scale will not be added to all annotative content in the drawing.
  2. Turn on ANNOALLVISIBLE, so that annotative content that does not have the current annotation scale added to it will remain visible.
  3. Determine what scale you want the specific annotative content to display, and then remove all other scales from that content.

Once you turn ANNOAUTOSCALE on and add a second scale to your annotative content, that scale is added; turning off ANNOAUTOSCALE at that point will not remove any scales already added to your annotative content, just prevent additional ones from being added.

Select you annotative content, right click and choose Annotative Object Scale > Add/Delete Scales from the context menu.  In the Annotation Object Scale dialog, select the scales you do not want, leaving just the one you do want unselected, and then select the Delete button.  Select the OK button to ratify the change.2018-03-12_Annotation Object Scale_Delete.png

You will have to repeat that process every time you have content with multiple scales, if you do not want the content to change sizes, so you may want to keep ANNOAUTOSCALE turned off.  If there is just specific content that you always want at just one size, you may want to consider creating non-annotative content for that.
