It's a little difficult from the screenshot to see what went wrong.
My guess is that you started with a metric template.
Changing units to imperial in a metric template does not change all the tools and tool palettes, they will still produce metric content.
Make sure that you start ACA in imperial.
When installing the software ACA usually places 3 shortcuts on your desktop, one for Metric, one for Imperial and one for Global.
Make sure you start in Imperial and this will ensure that all the content from the tool palettes is imperial.
Start a new drawing and make absolutely sure that you use an imperial template.
Copy and paste the geometry into this new drawing.
