Roof form that might not be possible?

I'll do my best to try to explain what I want a roof slab to do here:

 

I've got a roof slab that is a mono slope. It starts at a 12' plate and slopes up at 3:12 to a wall roughly 60' away where it meets at roughly 30+ feet high. So now I've got a single slab: the 2 low corners are at about 12', and the 2 top corners are at about 30'.  I want to move one of the 30' corners down in the Z direction so that it's at about 18' high...effectively leaving me with a roof with 4 corners: 2 at 12', 1 at 30', and one at 18'. Is that even possible? How do I move a vertex and move it DOWN? Seems like this would be something you'd have to do in Rhino or something.

You could possibly do a roof by extrusion, and have the extrusion follow a path that indicates the slope.

I tried making a 3D Polyline: I Created circles at the 4 corners to use as snap points: 2 at 12', 1 at 18', and the last one at 30'. I then tried to extrude the Polyline, but it didn't create a solid. It extruded just the edges of the Pline.

Create a closed polyline for 2 opposite principle edges (I think the rake edges would yield the best results).  Then use loft and select those closed shapes.  Then select the 3d solid resulting, right click and choose "convert to ...roof slab".

You could accomplish this by first creating a surface, thickening it to create a 3D solid, and then converting it to a roof slab. Here is a quick Screencast illustrating this method. Let me know if this helps!
