Ribbon
The CUI command will open the Customize User Interface dialog, in which you can create new customization files and edit existing ones. You can also control what interface content is available in any of the available Workspaces, including ribbon tabs.
So, are you looking to create new ribbon tabs and panels, and to then add those to a Workspace, or do you have a Workspace that has no tabs assigned to it, resulting in an empty ribbon, to which you want to add ribbon tabs and panels?
