Refedit close

Way back in ACA 2008 days, using the refedit command would open a floating refedit  toolbar during the refedit session. From that toolbar you could refclose among other things.

Now in ACA 2012, that toolbar doesn't pop up.  Any advise on how to make it appear?

Its on the insert tab on the ribbon.  ribbon should change to insert when you ref edit.
