Realeasing License 2016 Building Design Suite Standard

I installed and activated the design suite on a computer that then began to crash and have hardware issues.  I determined the hardware needed upgrading.

I un-installed the software hoping to release the license then performed the hardware upgrade.

Now I am re-installing the software and trying to activate but I'm receiving error 10 - no available seats.

The virtual agent is not working, at least there is no response.  Is there a number I can call like the good old days or any other advice to reactivate this software.

Obviously un-installing the software didn't release the license - what is the proper way to perform this type of operation to avoid activation issues.

Thanks,

Jeff

Your reseller may be able to assist with this.  Or, you can to to the Customer Service Page, where there are a number of useful links.  In your case, if you still had the program installed, the Transfer License Utility would have been the way to go.  Having already uninstalled the product, you may want to use the Contact Us link and work your way through the links (which may vary depending upon the level of service you have).  If you are on Subscription, you could also open up a support case.
