"A customization sync error has occurred" in AutoCAD

On my office workstation I get this message:
A customization sync error has occurred.
Then the software lags and slows down.

If I shut down and restart I get an hour or two before it happens again.

I dont get this message on my home workstation.
Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

This is likely related to the A360 Desktop Version Expiration. Could you review that link please and let us know if it points you in the right direction?

I disabled A360 and still the error occurs 2-3 times per day.
