Please help! Learning AutoCAD for architecture

I’ve got an internship at an architecture firm next week and told them I would take an AutoCad course but so far all I’ve learnt is how to draw and nothing really about using it in an architecture context. I’m still in high school but I understand how floor plans work, yet I don’t understand how to make one https://9apps.ooo/

I’m lost and don’t know what to do or how to learn AutoCad in the context of architecture, what can I do?

If you can afford it Linkedin.com  offers online courses an almost everything, including AutoCAD from basic to  advanced - even Revit.  They have discounts for students.  I believe the student rate is about $240/year if you pay for the full year.  I have not only learned a lot about AutoDesk products by I've take courses in Word, Excel, Lightroom, and SketchUp.

Hi,
You may want to take a look at The Hitchhiker's Guide to AutoCAD to start learning the basic of AutoCAD :
https://help.autodesk.com/view/ACD/2024/ENU/?guid=GUID-2AA12FC5-FBB2-4ABE-9024-90D41FEB1AC3

Then you can take a look at this Help topic on the transition to AutoCAD Architecture :
https://help.autodesk.com/view/ARCHDESK/2024/ENU/?guid=GUID-0EC70E35-2A2C-4394-9461-561E50F48CF6
