So we've used AcroPlot for years and have been very happy with it.Unlike Batch Plot it allows you to add PDF's from another folder into the creation. That allows me to create a single PDF of not only my ACAD drawings but also my consultant's drawings in a single execution. It's been quite convenient.

Ever since upgrading to ACA2020 it has had glitches and problems and AcroPlot's tech support can't seem to figure it out. I have two questions:

1. Does anyone know how if ACAD's native Batch Plot can insert files from other folders during the batch process?
2. If not, does anyone know of any other PDF creation software that works within ACAD?

1. Not a feature.
2. Try Bluebeam.

I use Acrobat.  The organize pages features allow me to collate and insert pages from other pdf files.
