PDF in color?

I've got a PDF of a site plan. The drawing is a PDF of a black & white CAD dwg. Is there a way to attach it so that I can print it in color?  I'd like to print it in red or something as an overly to my existing site plan so that I can see the changes/differences. Both drawings are very busy and having it a different color would be helpful.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Scott

Do you have access to a graphics program that can read PDFs, or a PDF program that can export to a graphics format?  For example, if you have Photoshop, you should be able to open the PDF and change the black linework to a color of your choosing.
