OPEN IN DRAWING EDITOR? WHERE IS IT?

So, I'm watching a tutorial about Project Setup, adding new constructs, etc., and the moderator says, "Let's check the Open in Drawing Editor box."  Suddenly there  is a tab below the ribbon that corresponds to the new construct, as well as a "Start" Tab.  Mine doesn't have that.  I seem to remember the Start tab from when I first downloaded the software, but it hasn't been there for a long time.

Would someone be kind enough to tell me how to resurrect these tabs?

The solution was spot on! I don't remember getting an email like that on
previous questions I had posted so I was a little uncertain how and to whom
to reply. I greatly appreciate pendean's solution and your email,
handjonathan. If you don't mind, I am struggling with several issues and
will be asking more questions in the future.
