No "architecture" length type in units on Architecture 2015

I am running Autocad Architecture 2015, and i need to create a drawing in feet and inches. I have used the units panel hundreds of times on other computers, and i just got a new computer so i redownloaded autocad.

However, when i type units to the command line, I change the drawing units to feet, but i still cannot draw in feet or inches. Normally I could change this by changing the length type from "decimal" to "architectural".....however the only options i have are "decimal" and "scientific"

Ive added a screenshot of my units dialog window so you can see what im talking about.
Anyone able to help with this?

Set your drawing unit to Inches.  A Length type of Architectural (feet and inches) is only available when the units are set to inches.
