No AEC stuff in my ACA 2022

I have installed ACA 2022. The Architectural profiles are present, but there is no architectural functionality! The Options do not show any of the AEC tabs to the right of Profiles, and none of the AEC commands (like WALLADD) are recognized. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. How to fix please???

Post a screenshot of your entire ACA2022 program window as well as a screenshot of ABOUT command's pop-up at the PROFILES tab please.

As you can see in the Options, there are no AEC tabs to the right of the Profiles tab.

Are you migrating or have migrated from an older ACA version? Also, I have not installed the 0.01 update here since I am not having any issues. Removed it from Windows.
I see a lot of ? icons in the Ribbon as you noted.

Thanks for your replies pendean, but this cannot be solved here. I have managed to connect with Customer Support and have gotten escalated to Product Support. So I am now abandoning this thread.
