Model and Layout Tabs not displaying

I received a new computer last Friday. AutoCAD Design Suite Premium was installed. My AutoCAD Architecture Model and Layout Tabs are not displaying.

LAYOUTTAB value is set to 1.

In Options, Display Layout and Model tabs box is checked.

In CUI, Model/Layout Tabs is On.

The Model and Layout tab space is completely black, the tabs do not display, If I hover the arrow over a tab area, I can click and switch views.

Post a screenshot of your full screen, we want to see AutoCAD/ARCH in full.

Also list your Windows OS, your ACA version, and your screen resolution in Windows.

2016 needs to be fully patched an updated to work in Win10, and then it still might not fully https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Windows-...

Your Windows display settings need to change like this https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Odd-gr...

I'm having our IT person look into this. I opened regular AutoCAD 2016, and the tabs were showing.

See attachment.

You also appear to have a double helping of ribbon panels, at least on the Home tab.  Something is not right there; that may not be what is causing the Model/Layout tabs to fail to display.

Yes, the ribbon panels are doubled up. I don't know what's going on? Maybe it's a CUI thing...
