Mirror Text Glitch

I have a mirror text glitch in Autocad 2021, The vertical mtext in the document looks correct from Autocad but when printed out it will show the text not being flipped and not in the same place.  I've been testing this on multiple computers with the same Version of Autocad 2021 and some will have the glitch and some work as normal. This also happens on the web app, so if you take the attached DWG and upload it to web.autocad.com it will do the same print text error. Does anyone have a way to fix this?

To temporary fix this issue in this drawing, you can explode the mtext to become text and it will not show the glitch, or you can rotate it 90 degree and rotate back and it will fixed the issue.

I've reset Autocad setting back to default, or even uninstalling Autocad and reinstalling it and this still won't fix the glitch

1) Why are all of your Mleaders, Dimensions and other original blocks exploded? Or did someone explode them for you so you have to suffer through it all? Or did you do that to try and fix this problem?

2) EXPLODE those now orphan MTEXT and your issue goes away. See attached. Without your unexploded original it's hard to identify the source reason.

This is an export CAD drawing from Revit, this is how Revit Export cad is and I have no way of controlling that. we have many drawing this glitch is happening on and doesn't quite explain why it does this on one computer and not another. Even the web.autocad.com

Sorry, the fix needs to come from REVIT then. Ask in that support forum about it all, and if needed,  start a support ticket through your subscription portal as explained here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/users-software/support-options#:~....

Good luck.

Thanks for your suggesting, but I believe this is a glitch in Autocad and I am looking for a way to reset this in Autocad. With the same exact cad file, one system it would show the glitch and another it would work fine and those systems have the exact same setting and software version. I've manage to trigger something on one of the pc at our company to fixed this issue before but not sure exactly what I did since I spend over an hour messing around with it.
