Can someone please help. I have a user reporting the following issues.

When working in AutoCAD 2010 there are some hang ups and problems:

1. When using match properties, after matching element, the brush stays on and does not come off for a long time if at all. I need to exit out of the program and come back into it.

2. When un-doing something previously deleted or moved, etc. it takes forever to undo. This should be done with no problem, but you have to wait a while for the undo process to complete.

3. Printing also seems to take a long time.

4. The program hangs and locks-up and crashes quite often.

What has to done to correct these problems because we are on a schedule to complete these drawing that I'm working on.

The workstation is a Dell Precision T5400, 64-bit processor with 16GB RAM.

The first place I would look is my video card and driver.   Enter 3DCONFIG on the command line, and check your settings.  You might also try going to Manual tune and click "reset to recommended values" at the bottom.

If you're only using autocad and not autocad architecture, you may have more responces in the autocad forum.
