key commands not working anymore

Hi,

I am hoping this is a quick fix someone might know about.

My key commands no longer work the way they used to.

EXAMPLE - "ctrl + O" should open up the File Open pop-up. Instead it only creates a command in the Command text input line.

Any ideas how i restore key commands so they work properly?

Is the FILEDIA system variable set to 1?  If not, do so.  Does that make things work?
