Issues with arcs

Just upgraded office to AutoCAD Architecture 2019 from 2018.

I've run into an issue where blocks that contain arcs  "explode" on the prints. By explode I mean they separate from the block and scale up several times over, creating these random arcs across the page. This occurs regardless of print destination, PDF, DWF, and paper or model space / paper space. An arc drawn on its own (not part of a block) prints correctly. I've attached an example. Been working on this most of the day so any help would be appreciated!

btw...AutoCAD Architecture 2018 prints these same files correctly.

Any ideas?

Explode the block, does the problem go away?
What is the linetype definition associated with those arcs? Find out.

Exploding the blocks resolves the issue, but this is not a viable option as it would require going through hundreds of drawings and exploding blocks throughout more projects than I care to think about. This issue did not occur in 2018.

EXPLODE was a temp test to identify the problem: so what linetype is assigned to the block or the arc inside the block? That's going to be the problem that EXPLODE removed.

Dig deeper or post a DWG sample for someone else to do the digging, and please start answering all questions being asked.

TIA

Post a file for testing. As @pendean stated, it could be a linetype or it could be an annotative block with unintended annotation scales.  It could also be a bug in 2019.

The AutoCAD 2019.1.1 Selection and Dynamic Blocks Hotfix resolved the issue. Didn't see it when I did all the other updates.

Note that there is a hotfix out already for that 2019.1.1 update, with another coming out soon. Get to it if you notice erratic cursor selection problems.
