is the student version fully functional

Hi i started using the student licence download for AutoCAD architecture 2019 - but I cant see the global cut plane to view different levels and the Manage>Manage Settings>Device Manager is missing. Is this version restricted or limited in any way?

yes ACA2019 EDU is fully functional, there would be no purpose is making it available to learn on if it was not.

What is this "device manager" you are trying to get to exactly? That's not a thing/option in ACA or plain AutoCAD.

Sorry I meant Display Manager.
I’m trying to manipulate the Global Cut Plane. In AutoCAD Architecture 2018 there was an Icon at the bottom towards the right which opened a window that allowed the user to set the cut plane.

When I downloaded the 2019 version from the student page it didn’t specifically say Architecture – however there wasn’t another version to download.

HELP in ACA2019 says it is located in...
Manage tab > Style & Display panel >Display Manager

and it has a FIND button to show you where too

Yes - there is no Style & Display Panel. Tried right clicking to see if it wasnt checked - but it isnt there in the drop down.

In each Tab of the Ribbon, including the MANAGE one right-click where I show the X, select PANELS then turn all the panels that are not checked on.

Your program text at the top says ARCHITECTURE 2019, doesn't it? If not, you have the wrong program installed.
