How to select and navigate dropdown selectors using scripting

I'm working on a script to automate my entire CAD portion of my job. The only real hang up is that I have not found a way to click a dropdown selector, click the item I want, and then click okay. I am using a plugin on AutoCAD, so it is not as simple as hovering over it or looking it up. Does anyone have tips of how they have skipped over a menu with a script? Also, I cannot do "filedia 0" like regular AutoCAD as the company who built the plugin has not provided me with the information to call it like that. Its not actually a dialog box. It is a settings menu with a dropdown selector inside the frame. Any help would be appreciated. I can do it in python, VBA, or AutoLISP.

You literally cannot do what you want.

Reach out to your plugin's authors for programming guidance to bypass their pop-up.

Okay, let's say it was vanilla AutoCAD. Is there a way to select a dropdown list and select an item using any of the available scripting languages?

ACA is still AutoCAD, and nothing is different there either. Sorry.

But you can explore using the ACTION RECORDER with your pop-ups, perhaps that will get you where you need instead of LISP or SCRIPTS https://www.autodesk.com/blogs/autocad/action-macros-in-autocad/
