How to avoid Autocad switching from 2D Wireframe to Wireframe by itself when orbiting.

I still want to be able to use the different visual styles, but I dont want Autocad to switch by itself.

The 3D wireframe visual style is optimized for faster response during the orbit process.  It is not possible for AutoCAD to stay in the 2D wireframe at this time.  When you exit from the orbit, you should return to the 2D wireframe style automatically.  Is that happening?  If so, it is the expected behavior.  If not, there may be some further problem we can discuss.  Or if you are seeing some change in appearance between the 2D and 3D wireframe, that is important to note.

Hope this helps.

This expected behaviour is slowing down the orbit. It makes strange jumps and lines are fragmented.

See the screenshots. One during orbit and one just after escaping orbit command. No changes in UCS, custom views, pan or other actions are made.

When comparing the two images, the difference is clear. Linework/objects are  showing up wrong and impossible to inspect properly no matter how close or how far I zoom.
