The tag on the left is not anchored to the Wall, it is anchored to the Leader.

My best guess is that at one time, it was anchored to the Wall, and at that time the Notes From Style did not include "0 Stuc".  Then it was anchored to the leader, and as the Leader does not have a WallStyles:NotesFromStyle property, the value was "frozen" at the old value, and does not update when a change is made to the Notes From Style.

If you select the right tag, use the Set tool on the contextual ribbon tab and select the Wall, the tag will be anchored to the Wall and the value will update.

One tool I use when there is a question as to what object a particular tag is anchored is to turn on the display of the Anchor Extended Tag to Entity (for constrained tags) and the Anchor Tag to Entity objects.  I like to give each one a unique color that will stand out in the drawing file.  These objects will appear as an arc extending from the insertion point of the Multi-View Block Schedule Tag to the origin/start point of the object to which it is anchored.  If you have a lot of tags, you will have a lot of arcs, and the display can be quite messy, which is why these are normally turned off.  But turning them on is a great diagnostic tool.

Ok. i found out it too... but can be attribute be refreshed manually? I meen that  value  that attribute depicts does`t disappeared, when tag attached not to the wall. I even attempted to do attaching to the window, mass....etc. and had the same result. I've tried sync. attribute  using "block attribute manager" and I was againe defeated.

If a Multi-View Block Schedule Tag is anchored to an object, the attribute values that are referencing Property Data will not be able to be manually edited.  If the very same Multi-View Block is placed and not anchored to an object (or the anchor is released), then the attribute values can be manually edited.  Select the unanchored Multi-View Block and, on the Properties palette, on the Design tab, under the ADVANCED category, select the Attributes worksheet.  The Multi-view Block Attributes dialog will appear, and allow you to edit the values of the attributes.

The same worksheet is available for anchored Multi-View Block Schedule Tags, but in that case the attributes and values can be looked at, but not edited.

Note also that attributes that reference Property Data will be locked from editing even if the object to which the Tag in anchored does not (or cannot) have the referenced Property Sets attached.  The locking extends to attributes with tags that are done in the format of a Property Data reference (XXX:YYY), even if there is no Property Set named "XXX".

Attributes that are not Property Data references and whose tags are not formatted as a Property Data reference will remain editable, whether or not the Multi-View Block is tag-anchored.

so pity it can't be refreshable. It seems will needed exporting properties to "external date" and link it to the "filds" inside of nested block . Or may be it is any others way to solve this task?

For Schedule Tags with attributes tied to Property Data, you cannot edit the attribute values directly, but you can edit the Property Data on the object to which the Schedule Tag is anchored, and the revised data will update.  If it does not update immediately upon changing the value of the property, use the OBJRELUPDATE command and select the tag(s) to update.  That command can also be found on the ribbon:  View tab > Appearance panel > Regenerate flyout > Regenerate Model tool.2017-12-28_ViewRibbonTab_AppearancePanel_RegenerateFlyout_RegenerateModel.png

Unless you are talking about adding attributes to the view block of a Schedule Tag, after instances of the Schedule Tag have been placed, and not seeing the new attribute(s) on the Schedule Tag.  You can force existing Schedule Tags to update to the revised Multi-View Block Definition by using the MVBLOCK command, and then choosing the Update command line option.

Yes,i knew it.But it didn't solve the problem when tag anchored. Thank you a lot for sharing your knowledge anyway. I solved it in another method, and the final result appears more appropriate.  There is only the one essential imperfection. I need to use external date file to  make the date insed of the block be  automaticaly refreshed.
