How do I open Autocad Architecture in Autocad 2021 and newer?

I am in need of installing PERICAD23 which requires me to have Autocad Architecture 2021 installed. Due to me being a student, I am using an educational version which implies that "Autocad Architecture is already inside Autocad". Well apparently that's not the case as after a lot of uninstalls and restarts of my PC nothing seems to work. What exactly am I supposed to do, to make PERICAD23 install?

Below you can see screenshots of the install view and a link to the instruction which I believe I have followed quite thoroughly.

If you have any ideas please don't hesitate to answer.

No. You misunderstand.  You need to download and install the AutoCAD Architecture App or at least the Toolset. If you just downloaded AutoCAD, you don't have it.
