Below is the work-in-progress floor plan of the rendered image. the rendered image was done using other software. i want to be able to do same on Autocad architecture. how will i do this? how will i be able to use body modifier/ mass element to achieve all those extrusion done on the wall before i render it?

So your image was done in Photoshop according to the file's embedded details: so it's basically a colored-in static image. Nothing more, it's not a 3D model, has no lighting, it's not a rendering nor was it created with anything like what is available in AutoCAD ARCH.

So it that all you want to do, color in a static picture? Photoshop is a good tool for that, there are cheaper offerings out there that do the same.

AutoCAD ARCH is not a photo coloring program.

There are various ways to do different corbels and piers and often you can use different ways for the same outcome.

Your image "postrender" looks to have a consistent corbel running around the whole building horizontally.
You could add a componant to your wall style and have it stick out a bit and stop your main componant at the bottom of the corbel and another wall componant above the corbel.  Having the top bit as a separate componant allows you to apply a different material (colour).
For quick solutions if you are stuggling to learn you could just add either a masselement or structural element around the wall at the required height and maybe another above to cover the main white wall componant.
Not sure what the bottom black is.  Perhaps just a masselement with the shape applied.
For the window reveal corbels I would use an aecWindowAssembly or aecCurtainWall with all elements except the outside frame turned off and apply if necessary a profile (insitu) to get the shape.  I just place the surround manually and stretch it into position. It's not intelligently attached in any way.

For "design 1"pretty much the same things for the corbel and window surrounds.
Often if I just need to get something done quickly I would just create a 2nd wall and place it at the correct height etc so for the front white piers you might just add another wall in front (which is what it is anyway).
The planters at the front could be one wall style with 3 componants.
Your eave coving could be another wall style with a profile applied to the appropriate componant or because it's all the one colour you could make the whole thing out of one componant and apply a profile to the whole thing at once.

I tried to share some tips with my solutions on my blog years ago so perhaps they might be helpful.
ausaca.blogspot.com.au search label wall styles
ausaca.blogspot.com.au search label body modifier

Be aware there is a lot to learn to complete what are really simple tasks but once you have these skills you will find them very handy.

If you can find the Autodesks Virtual University they do have some great indepth videos on walls etc.

Edit:  I've attached a quick mockup of a corbel line using another componant and a window surround.
Your walls are not consistent so it does not align around the corner.  Just flip your arrow on the wall so they are both set the same way and they mitre fine.
You should be using custom walls, not just standard wall otherwise all your walls will be the same so I turned your external wall into it's own style.
Sorry but you have a lot to learn 🙂  Good luck.

You're asking kind of a complex question. It's almost impossible to answer. It's like posting a picture of a corvette on a mechanic forum and asking "How do I build this in my garage."
