Can anyone tell me whats going on here. The geolocation window never loads. I posted this in Architecture because I use it the most but it also doesn't work in Civil3d.

Thank you for posting to the Autodesk Community. You might be experiencing this issue due to Microsoft® ending support for version 7 of Bing® Maps. Autodesk has implemented a hotfix designed to upgrade your version of Bing Maps to version 8 so that you can continue to use the Geolocation Online Map Data feature.
In addition this Learning & Explore article on the Geolocation feature can come in handy.

I see you are still having the issue with the non-loading Geolocation window. Sorry for not replying to you sooner but I was investigating to see other tested solutions for this exact problem.
I am glad to inform you this isn't an uncommon question. For the most part the solutions are recorded in an article under Troubleshooting Live Maps in AutoCAD title. These articles are more in-depth and explore possible reasons with their solutions. I recommend you go through the list in the order they are presented.
