From Architectural plan to bubble diagrams or circulation diagrams

Dear All,

Are there autodesk features/ tools which may help to generate bubble diagrams/ circulation diagrams from architectural plan.

Basically the requirement is to study the circulation needs for different categories of people, vehicular flow, based on events, locations etc.,
