I have a site plan that I'd like to show the 8" walls on my 8"concrete wall and footing" lines. It's showing the wall on the existing side of the building, but the new walls are only showing the 16" wide footing portion. They are at different elevations, but I'm looking down through the visible roof so that shouldn't matter?
Wall display depends on cut plane settings and wall style settings. It's impossible to diagnose from a picture. I will say that cut plane overrides can be implemented as object or style overrides. In the attached image, the top and bottom walls use the default cut plane. The middle wall has a 20'-0" high cut plane object override.
