The solution marked in this thread is a general troubleshooting tip, which you can apply to any version of the software:
- Check our Certified Hardware/Graphics lookup tool for your combination of AutoCAD and operating system.
- Ensure that you have a certified graphics card and driver version that passes all tests (indicated by green checkmarks).
- Sometimes there are several driver versions tested and/or certified for a particular card - try the newest one, and if still have issues, then try rolling it back to one of the earlier certified driver versions listed.

If you don't have a certified graphics card for your combination of AutoCAD and operating system, then you can try installing the latest available driver from the manufacturer of the card (typically NVIDIA, AMD, or INTEL), or rolling back to a previous driver version if the latest one is causing the problem.
