Hi
I'm using AutoCAD Architecture 2008 SP1 on a suite of 3 PCS.
I'm getting the above error when opening 1 file on the 3 PCs.
The file in question can be opened using AutoCAD 2007.
I have tried saving the file using a different formats, makes no difference....
I have reinstalled Architecture & SP1 & last night I done a chkdsk /r on 1of the 3 machines to see if that made any difference. No.
I have searched the discussion groups, I see a few have had the problem but when performing different functions within the software, I'm getting the error when opening a file.
Any ideas?

RECOVER command to open the file fix it?
AUDIT command while you are in it?
WBLOCK the contents of the file to create a new one, then INSERT this new file into a working trouble-free template?
There are so many ways to fix a file before the drastic option of reinstalling AutoCAD (which normally will not fix a problem file).
