fatal error C 000000 dh exception at 78144 ba1h

I have a problem with an older computer that runs autocad 2009 architecture.

When I trie to open the file it gives the next error:

C 000000 dh exception at 78144 ba1h

I searched the internet but all the problems are with a plotter or a printer but I have the problem when I want to open the file.

The other odd fact is when I trie to open it with a new computer it opens perfectly and someone with the same old computer opened it also and there it worked fine too.

Can anyone help me with this?

RECOVER command, instead of OPEN: have someone else do it for you if needed.

Or post it here.

We tried it but it didn't work.

The recover comand was done on the new computer, the old computer that works and the computer that doesn't work.

Something strange: when we did this on the computer that didn't work it said that there were no errors but then we got the error as shown above.

We also made an audit but this didn't help.

Do you have another sugestion?

I have one more question, is it normal that all the drawings open exact the ones in a certain map (this before I reinstall autocad) I will try something with the maps and let you know if this helps otherwise I'll reinstall it

We reinstalled but now a Autocad (no architecture) 2010 version.

And everything works fine.

Thanks for the help
