Failed CAd, Revit & 3DSMax Installations

I just bought a brand new HP all in one desktop with Windows 10 64 bit. I have tried to use my student account to install these 3 programs but all 3 keep failing installation. Does this have anything to do with me having cad and 3ds on my previous computers as a student? I never used REVIT or tried to install it on my old computer. I just tried to install Revit on this new computer for the first time and that even failed. What is the problem? Trying to reach someone on this tech support is horrible? CAN ANYONE HELP?

Thank You soooooooo very much. You have saved my grade in this class. I was able to download all three programs onto my home computer. And they are working perfectly. No more long nights at school rendering, now just long nights at home.

Everything is perfect except for 3DS Max. 3DS Max downloads and installs perfectly. But when I go to open the program from my desktop, it asks if I am ready to start my 30 day trial and says serial number is incorrect. The serial number is already placed in the boxes when the message comes up. I refer to my online student account to find the serial number and product key, but 3DS is not listed as a downloaded program. Computer is up to date and I have restarted my computer multiple times.? I used the link provided so what could be the problem. CAD and REVIT are fine.

That usually means your license expired or was terminated or you logged in with the wrong credentials. You will need to go back to your student registration and ask for a new license. No one here can help you with that.
