Extract WKT from dwg (or ifc)

I want to try Floor Plan Visual from Simpson Associates (via PowerBi) and as I understand it, Floor Plan Visual requires data input in the form of WKT (Well Known Text) Multipolygon.

However, I do not know how to extract WKT from Autocad files.

I know how to extract XYZ coordinates, can you possibly convert these to WKT format?

Or how should I proceed?

Because we are designing with AutoCAD and that is where we want to extract data from, in the form of WHT.
Questions that arise with the import of data or the handling of it, we will of course take with Floorplan (https://www.simpson-associates.co.uk/resources/floorplan/).

So no matter what we will do with the data, we want to extract it from AutoCAD files.

So maybe the question should be:
How do we extract WHT data from AutoCAD?
