Editing Bay Size in Ceiling Grid

I don't know why this isn't working for me today.  I want to edit the Bay Size of my Ceiling Grid in one room.  When I select the Grid..right click Properties and select the Bay Size, I can't seem to change the size.  What am I doing wrong?

Well, ...problem solved....it's called REBOOT.......didn't figure this out till I came in this morning and started up the computer....how many times have I told others to do that and didn't do it myself???!!!!  geeee

I think the real question is WHY do we have to reboot. I have issues that I can only resolve with a cold boot. Hmmm.
