Edit Attributes in Numerical Order

Hi,

in 2000 I was able to discover a command that allowed you to renumber a large selection of blocks in order. I have been searching for that command again every time I need to renumber a floor plan due to the addition of new spaces. Does anyone know what this command was and if it is still available in 2010?  It would save a ton of time!

Thank you,

Rachel

There was no core command to do so in 2000: are you thinking of Express Tools' TCOUNT command? It's still in 2010 if you remembered to install Express Tools.

Blocks or Tags?

Blocks are a plain AutoCAD creation.  You would best ask on an AutoCAD newsgroup for that.

Tags use blocks but derive their information from property sets.  ACA has a renumber data tool (AECPROPERTYRENUMBERDATA) on the Home tab under the flyout on the scheduling tag.
