Duplicate and Overlapping lines

Hi Sir/ Ma'am!

I'm having trouble on how to fix my drawings in auto cad. I was making plans for a specific project when suddenly I noticed that all drawings that I made had overlapping and duplicate lines and it takes time to delete it all one by one. I don't how these duplicate lines appeared in my drawings when I'm sure that before that happen everything's fine even the dimension were duplicated too. I have a deadline and I still have many things to do. Can you help me suggest what shall I do to fix this? Please see attach file.

First:  This forum is for use of AutoCAD Architecture, an AutoCAD vertical. It appears that you are using plain AutoCAD to draw floor plans. You will get lots more interaction on the AutoCAD forum.

Next:  It appears that you copied your entire floor plan a slight offset without noticing it.  When that happens with the drawing still open, you should use undo.  If the drawing is closed already, rename the backup copy as a drawing in case that does not have the gaff.  If that doesn't work, you should open your archival copies (1 per day and 1 per week).  If you are not archiving, then you are eventually going to have big wastes of time.  As far as I know, there is no built in command to erase copies.

There is a drawing order to copies.  It is possible to create a custom command to erase object added last in a backward fashion.  You might check the customization forum.  If you had copied the floor plan without using offsets, then overkill could have fixed it.
