drawing tabs disappear

ACA 2020, my drawing tabs keep disappearing. The most recent occurrence, AutoCAD hung for a minute while I was doing an audit of the drawing. When it woke up again, my drawing tabs were missing. This is happening a few times a week now. I recently reinstalled ACA and it is up to date.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Just to confirm what you mean, can you post a screenshot of them in place nd highlight/circle them?
Also post a screenshot of your ABOUT command pop-up please.

I am not sure if there is a different name for them other than drawing tabs. Same convention as the layout tabs.

Look up the command FILETAB for those items in HELP. Also explore the command FILETABCLOSE, next time they flick off use CTRL+F2 and see if that is triggered.

In the meantime what actions/commands/sequences trigger your program freezes? Did these start about the time you installed that 3rd party add-on BIMTRACK? You are the second or third person in these forums with that add-on and appear to be having program freezes issues (may be totally unrelated, but just an odd coincidence).

I have had that add-on for a long time. It has a few tools I use occasionally. It isn't doing anything until I launch the service. I probably just fat-fingered ctrl F2.

We have a brand new server and all new i9 workstations with Quadro RTX graphics and solid-state drives. Our new IT has been tuning the server policies and permissions to iron out some issues. I think there are still some problems along those lines.
