DRAPE FUNCTION

Hello all,

I cannot create a solid from the model I built from contours using _DRAPE. It seems to be a solid but I cannot export as a solid to FEM software as it is seen in photo. can you please tell me how to export it as a solid? Previously, I could achieve it. This time does not work.  The file is attached.  Thank you

 The Drape is a Mass Element.  You can select it, right click and choose Convert To > 3D Solid, if you need an AutoCAD Solid to export it to your FEM software.

I have tried to do exactly what you said.but it crashing . it does not give any response. It might be because of large file size. Is that something expectable ? Thank you

Glad it worked for you.  It took a while to do the conversion on my machine when I tested it last night as well.
