Doors and Windows move in walls when blocks is exploded

Hello,

We are working in Architecture 2017.

The issue is that we are copying plans from 1 drawing to another.  We have done it In multiple ways but are getting the same results.  We have cut and paste from one drawing to the next and wblock and insert.  Once the block is exploded in the new drawing to clean up the windows and doors are moved as shown in the examples.
