Dimension for drawing disappeared

Hello, 

so I just started using Autocad again, and today when i started it up I was just trying to draw a rectangle in the x and y axis, and It wont show me the boxes to set exact dimension. What was the cause of this and how do I fix it?

Turn on dynamic imput in Options
