I need to make a 3d model of a house. As a beginner, I don't really know how to do this:
-can I use AEC tools like Wall (WALLADD), Stairs, Door etc. in the 3D model?
-or do I have to use only 3D tools, like Solids?

Yes, you can create and insert walls, doors, windows, roof etc. with Autocad Architecture.
Best I can suggest to get you going is check YouTube......
Plenty of tutorials available.
