Copy Block Definition and Assign

This issue just started happening, working on AutoCAD Architecture 2025

When I right click on a block and try to copy block definition and assign, it starts the command and makes me select the block I already right clicked again. It hasn't done this before it normally would just bring up the pop up for me to rename the block.

Is this just a setting I accidentally changed that makes me have to select the block again?

The two PICKFIRST and PICKADD variables are not set to the defaults listed in HELP inside the program most likely: look them up and confirm.
