I'm trying to do a round structure. When I select a wall style I change 'Segment Type' in Properties to 'Arc'. That works great, but I can't complete the circle. It won't snap to itself to make a single, round envelope. Should I be doing this a different way?

Thanks,

Scott

You will need at least two segments to form a complete circle.

One way to do so:  Draw an AutoCAD circle at the location of your expected Justification Line for the Wall.  Assuming that you have a Tool Palette Tool for your Wall Style, right click it and choose Apply Tool Properties to > Linework from the context menu.  Select the circle.  Choose whether or not to delete the circle.  You will get a full circle composed of two semi-circular Walls.

Another way:  Start the WALLADD command.  Use the Properties Palette to set the desired Style.  Choose the CReate type command line option, then choose Circle.  Create a circle using the methods available for AutoCAD circles, such as center point/radius.  You will get a full circle composed of two semi-circular Walls.

Thanks David! You are a master! I neglected to say that I was actually wanting to do this with a curtain wall but it works the same way.

Thanks again!
