Can’t access Build tab in autocad

When I was in school and used autocad there was a build tab that allowed me to use preset walls as well as windows and doors. I’m currently using autocad 2016, I can no longer access these objects. Can anyone help me figure out how to access this build tab? Is it a plug in or do i have to upgrade to newer version of autocad?

Do you have AutoCAD 2016 or AutoCAD Architecture 2016?  The latter has a Build panel on the Home ribbon tab (along with Wall, Door, Window, and other AEC objects); the former does not.  AutoCAD Architecture is a "vertical" product built on top of AutoCAD but is considered a separate product for licensing purposes.
