AutoCad + Revit for Mac

Hello, I need to get a laptop so I can practice AutoCAD + Revit. I could buy a PC laptop but I own only Macs. I run AutoCAD + Revit on my iMac through Parallels. Any advice on the requirements so these programs run smoothly for both PC and Mac so I can make my best decision?

System requirements for Windows are the same regardless of whether you run on a MAC or a PC: you want to follow the "recommended" options, not the minimum ones
