AutoCAD BOMA 1996 standards data extraction

Hi: I need to extract BOMA 1996 calculations from existing CAFM drawings to excel. Please explain me the process. Also want to understand if AutoCAD architecture comes as a standard install with AutoCAD desktop

Hi: We use AutoCAD for our drawings. These are existing drawings that were changed to BOMA standards calculation. I want to extract the Gross building area, Gross measured area,MVP and R/U ratios to calculate my rentable space into an excel. This excel file will be used by other applications downstream
